The convenience of online shopping and the feel of instore experience is now what you can simultaneously enjoy at Emax. Reserve your order online and collect it from the nearest store, once we’ve arranged it for you.
There is no extra charge that you pay for the Click & Collect feature.
Product page will always display whether the product is available for Click & Collect. You’ll also see it as an option at checkout.
No, unless your preferred store is displayed as an option in Click and Collect, for a particular item, that you want to buy, it won’t be available in that store
No. You must pay online, and we’ll make sure you have no difficulties in collecting your order from the concerned store.
We’ll send you an email confirmation and text message as soon as your parcel is ready to collect. This contains instructions and the collection code you’ll need to pick up your parcel.
All you need to do is take your collection code to your chosen store. You don’t have to print out your collection code and no further ID is needed. If you like, you can present it using your phone or tablet.
Your parcel will be held in-store for up to 7 days, starting from when you receive your collection notification via email or SMS. If for any reason you aren’t able to collect it within this time, the parcel will be sent back.

Yes. As far as the collection code is verified, we can always assist someone on your behalf.
No. Once you’ve purchased an item, you cannot change the store of collection.
